Support is Growing for the 2010 ANS Student Conference

ANS Student Chapter members used the 2009 Winter Meeting as an opportunity to build support for the 2010 Student Conference.   One company providing sponsorship is Entergy Nuclear, the first “Tritium” level sponsor of this important event. A New Name and A New Website

Our division has a new name! After many months of discussion with the other ANS professional divisions, the ANS Board of Directors approved our name change to the “Education, Training and Workforce DevelopmentDivision” of the American Nuclear Society.  Our new name reflects the evolving focus on building tomorrow’s nuclear workforce and growing partnerships between industry, government, and academic stakeholders to address workforce challenges. Also, we’ve launched a new website (you are looking at it!) to take advantage new tools for social media, interactivity, and ease of use.  We hope you enjoy the new site and return...
